What you will do

• Install, configure, customize, and troubleshoot banking applications including VCP LITE/KIOSK, Probase, and Vynamic View/Security.
• Support Proof of Concept (POC), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and EMV ADVT/MTIP certifications.
• Plan and manage project timelines to ensure successful implementation of business solutions.
• Perform root-cause analysis on escalated issues to provide permanent technical resolutions.
• Develop technical proposals, solution documentation, and maintain deployment tools.
• Collaborate with vendor support teams for software updates, patches, and issue resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology.
• 3–4 years of experience in the banking or BFSI technology domain.
• Strong understanding of banking applications, ATMs, and self-service terminals.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance (EMV, MTIP, ADVT).
• English: Effective verbal, written, and listening communication skills are required.
• Location: Must be based in Dubai, UAE.
