Systems Engineer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, cloud-native platforms and components in cross-functional squads.
• Conduct code reviews and optimize data structures to maximize system performance and adherence to coding standards.
• Coordinate with external vendors to ensure service delivery meets agreed SLAs and turnaround times.
• Manage technical debt and implement security best practices to protect software from vulnerabilities and threats.
• Lead and motivate a technical team by setting objectives, managing performance, and providing professional feedback.
• Support project managers in change initiatives by providing visibility on dependencies and timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of experience in Systems Administration in a large-scale production environment.
• MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) and ITIL Foundation certifications.
• Strong expertise in Virtualization (VMware, Citrix, Cloud AVD, DevBox, Windows 365).
• Proficiency in Networking, Storage, vSAN, and Security technologies.
• Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft 365, and Windows Server 2019/2022.
