What you will do

• Build and maintain functional and technical documentation and policies to ensure departmental compliance.
• Coordinate workshops, critical meetings, and issue resolution to support team learning and development.
• Perform quality assurance checks on data, inputs, and outputs to ensure accuracy and validity.
• Manage and improve key reporting artifacts across Jira, Excel, Planview, and internal bank systems.
• Implement new processes and feedback loops to keep the department aligned with changing policies.
• Assist with mini-projects and initiatives to ensure successful implementation within agreed turnaround times.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Computing, Banking, or Commerce.
• 4+ years of experience in enterprise network design and operation, or 3+ years in network architecture/security combined with 1+ year in incident management.
• CCNA certification (Data Centre, Security, Route/Switch) or equivalent.
• ITIL Foundation certification for IT Service Management.
• Deep knowledge of data network protocols (BGP, MPLS, QoS, DNS/DHCP) and network security technologies (Firewall, IPS, WAF, VPN, IPSEC).
• Location: Must be based in Al Ain, Abu Dhabi, AE.
