What you will do

• Design and develop software within an event-driven microservices architecture.
• Build and scale high-performance microservices using Golang.
• Collaborate with platform engineers to set up and deploy new services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and system alerts.
• Communicate directly with the technical teams of corporate clients.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, preferably in the FinTech sector.
• Deep proficiency with Golang and SQL database schema design.
• Strong understanding of market structure, order types (Limit, Market, Stop, IOC, FOK), and trade lifecycles.
• Hands-on experience developing and maintaining high-performance, low-latency trading systems.
• Must be based in North America.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS), brokerage-as-a-service, or payment-as-a-service.
• Experience working with digital assets and blockchain technologies.
• Knowledge of distributed systems and messaging frameworks such as Kafka, ZeroMQ, or NATS.
