Location: Must be based in or able to work on-site in Munich, Germany (Hybrid: Tuesday–Thursday in office)

What you will do
- Lead the creation of Process Requirement Specifications (PRS) and design MES recipes.
- Drive standardization through reusable templates, libraries, and industry best practices.
- Design and implement integrations between MES and enterprise systems like SAP, LIMS, and DCS.
- Define overall solution architecture and data flows across manufacturing landscapes.
- Mentor project teams and facilitate knowledge transfer to build operational readiness.
- Coordinate and guide German-speaking recipe authors and support teams.
Requirements
- Fluent German is strictly required for collaboration with local teams.
- Proven hands-on experience and architectural knowledge in PharmaSuite or similar MES platforms.
- Demonstrated experience integrating MES with SAP, LIMS, and DCS.
- Deep understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing, QA documentation, and testing frameworks.
- Strong working knowledge of GxP and GAMP standards.
- Must be available for on-site work in Munich from Tuesday to Thursday.
