What you will do

• Develop and evolve the ML platform, including shared libraries and development standards.
• Build scalable infrastructure for large-scale model training, experimentation, and validation.
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines and ML/AI tooling.
• Drive MLOps strategy to improve developer productivity and platform reliability.
• Collaborate with research and engineering teams to bridge the gap between experimentation and production.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• 3+ years of experience building ML systems with Python.
• Strong expertise in infrastructure and system design.
• Experience working across MLOps, DevOps, and AI technologies.
• Ability to provide technical leadership and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
