Senior Test Engineer (Command and Control)

What you will do

• Plan and lead testing work for specific projects, coordinating with project managers and team leads.
• Perform systems integration, verification, and validation for complex systems.
• Maintain and develop common workflows for Integration and Verification (I&V) from both product and project perspectives.
• Participate in the department test forum to share knowledge and improve test practices.
• Administer, review, and release test documents for designated projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in similar roles.
• Several years of experience in software testing (including automation) and QA.
• Proven experience in test planning, analyzing test results, and root cause analysis.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both verbal and written.
• Swedish citizenship and the ability to pass security vetting are mandatory.

Nice to have

• Programming experience, preferably in Java.
• Knowledge of Jira and Zephyr.
• Proficiency with Linux.
• Experience in both software and hardware development.
• Experience working in agile teams and understanding of requirement compliance.
