What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of Technical Sales Specialists.
• Manage the development and support of upgrade products within budget.
• Monitor and pace the global upgrades sales pipeline.
• Act as the technical interface between the sales team, engineering, manufacturing, and product management.
• Research and analyze customer technical requirements.
• Prepare and conduct technical briefings for customers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Technical university degree with professional experience in an industrial organization.
• Fluency in English (applications must be in English).
• Strong analytical skills with a structured and reliable approach.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in product management and intercultural awareness.
• Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
