What you will do

• Train and optimize deep learning models for high performance on embedded device platforms.
• Experiment with novel neural network architectures, loss functions, and evaluation metrics.
• Conduct automated hyper-parameter optimizations using dedicated GPU clusters.
• Take end-to-end ownership of deep learning projects from initial concept to product delivery.
• Stay current with deep learning research and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
• Provide technical guidance and participate in code reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree with 5+ years of experience or Ph.D. with 2+ years of experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python with a focus on writing clean, maintainable code.
• Proven track record in deep learning research or solving real-world problems.
• Full professional proficiency in English is required.
• Experience with digital signal processing or audio processing.
• Must be able to work on-site in Berlin at least 60% of the time.
