What you will do

• Develop and implement future-proof technical maintenance strategies.
• Build and run comprehensive preventive maintenance programs.
• Manage budgets and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
• Lead and coach local maintenance managers across multiple countries.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and partners.
• Drive sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives across the region.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or a similar field.
• 5–8 years of experience in maintenance management, ideally within the hospitality sector.
• Proven experience managing multiple sites and leading teams.
• Deep knowledge of building systems, safety standards, and regulations.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Ability to manage operations within the Iberia region.
