What you will do

• Design and develop custom SharePoint solutions using SPFx, C#, .NET, and React.
• Build and maintain web parts, extensions, and integrations with Microsoft 365 services.
• Implement automation and business applications using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Lead technical architecture, security, and governance to ensure alignment with Microsoft best practices.
• Integrate SharePoint with Teams, OneDrive, Azure services, and third-party enterprise systems.
• Provide Level 3 support and mentor junior developers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SharePoint development (Online and/or 2016/2019).
• Proficiency in SPFx, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, C#, and .NET.
• Experience with REST APIs, Microsoft Graph API, and Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps).
• Australian Citizenship is mandatory.
• Baseline Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience developing and customizing solutions within Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Dynamics 365 environments.
• Proven experience in leading platform migration projects.
• Microsoft certifications such as M365 Certified: Developer Associate or Azure Developer Associate.
