TL;DR
Senior SharePoint Developer (.NET/React): Designing and maintaining enterprise-grade collaboration platforms using SharePoint Online and SPFx with an accent on scalable architecture and Microsoft 365 integration. Focus on building custom web parts, automating workflows via Power Platform, and executing complex platform migrations.
Location: Hybrid (Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne, Brisbane, or Perth). Must be an Australian Citizen and hold or be able to obtain Baseline Security Clearance.

What you will do
- Design and develop custom SharePoint solutions using SPFx, C#, .NET, and React.
- Build and maintain web parts, extensions, and integrations with Microsoft 365 services.
- Implement automation and business applications using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Lead technical architecture, security, and governance to ensure alignment with Microsoft best practices.
- Integrate SharePoint with Teams, OneDrive, Azure services, and third-party enterprise systems.
- Provide Level 3 support and mentor junior developers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in SharePoint development (Online and/or 2016/2019).
- Proficiency in SPFx, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, C#, and .NET.
- Experience with REST APIs, Microsoft Graph API, and Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps).
- Australian Citizenship is mandatory.
- Baseline Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Nice to have
- Experience developing and customizing solutions within Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Dynamics 365 environments.
- Proven experience in leading platform migration projects.
- Microsoft certifications such as M365 Certified: Developer Associate or Azure Developer Associate.
