What you will do
- Serve as the primary contact for customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve and escalate complex issues.
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records within CRM software.
- Integrate AI tools like ChatGPT into daily routines to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
- Language proficiency: Excellent verbal and written English, Arabic, and French.
- Location: Must be based in Morocco.
- Proven experience and capability to integrate AI tools like ChatGPT into daily tasks.
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with standard software applications.
- Prior customer service experience is an advantage.
