What you will do

• Lead and support projects in climate risk, adaptation, infrastructure sustainability, and net zero carbon management.
• Analyze complex quantitative and qualitative climate data to identify risks and strategic opportunities for public and private sector clients.
• Facilitate client workshops, stakeholder engagement, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of engineers, planners, and scientists.
• Prepare high-quality reports and deliverables, including Environmental Impact Assessments for flagship projects across ANZ.
• Integrate emerging technologies and artificial intelligence to streamline workflows and enhance climate data analysis.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in climate change, sustainability, environmental engineering/science, economics, or environmental law.
• At least 3 years of experience in sustainability or climate resilience within a consulting role.
• Proven ability in project delivery and managing multi-disciplinary projects across the full lifecycle.
• Strong data analysis skills combined with the ability to translate complex findings into clear client advice.
• Must be able to attend in-person Day 1 onboarding at an hirify.global office location.

• Experience in business development and building strong client relationships.
• Active interest and experience in leveraging AI tools, automation, or advanced analytics to elevate project outcomes.
