What you will do

• Build and operate an internal AI platform including secure coding environments and agentic workflows on AWS Bedrock.
• Own platform products end-to-end with a product mindset, treating fellow engineers as customers.
• Identify and eliminate developer friction to increase organizational shipping velocity.
• Shape architecture and technology choices for Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code on AWS.
• Maintain platform reliability, security, and observability through an on-call rotation.
• Develop reusable patterns, templates, and blueprints to accelerate software delivery across the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building and operating infrastructure or platform products.
• Hands-on GenAI experience with LLM APIs, tool/function calling, retrieval, and agent frameworks.
• Proficiency with modern AI coding tools such as Claude Code or Codex in daily workflows.
• Strong AWS fundamentals and expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Pipeline as Code.
• Engineering proficiency in at least one language, ideally Python, Go, or TypeScript.
• Familiarity with SRE/DevOps principles and observability tools like CloudWatch or Datadog.
