What you will do

• Manage and execute quotes using Zoho estimating systems.
• Perform nesting in CypCut to calculate sheet quantities, cut times, and folding requirements.
• Review quote requests for missing information and enter material, labor, and processing requirements.
• Organize and maintain project documentation, including DXF and LXD files, within OneDrive.
• Coordinate with suppliers to obtain pricing for coatings, galvanizing, and freight.
• Identify and communicate potential production or estimating issues to the team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in estimating, fabrication, or sheet metal manufacturing environments.
• Must be based in the Philippines.
• Proficiency with estimating and nesting software (Zoho and CypCut preferred).
• Strong understanding of materials, fabrication processes, and production workflows.
• Ability to work the shift 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM PH Time (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM AEDT).
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Advanced experience with DXF and LXD file management.
