What you will do

• Operate and manage all departmental functions for research performed at the Consumer Opinion Center.
• Ensure strict compliance, high quality, and client satisfaction.
• Provide oversight for all panel activity associated with the center.
• Maintain operational flexibility to support work hours between 8:00am and 9:30pm.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Richmond, Virginia
• Schedule: Flexibility to work Monday-Friday between 8:00am-9:30pm
• Proven experience in managing research departmental functions.
