What you will do

• Serve as lead statistician on complex client studies, managing statistical strategy from protocol planning through reporting.
• Communicate complex quantitative concepts to non-statistical stakeholders, including sponsor leadership and regulatory bodies.
• Develop sample size estimations, adaptive or Bayesian frameworks, and innovative trial designs.
• Provide senior oversight for statistical deliverables, including SAPs, randomization specs, and regulatory documents.
• Act as project manager for biostatistics work, managing budget, scope, and timelines.
• Support business development through bid defenses and strategic RFP contributions.

Requirements

• Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in statistics or a closely related field.
• 15+ years of experience in clinical trial design and analysis, preferably in a CRO environment.
• At least 1 year of technical experience implementing innovative statistical analysis.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines (FDA, EMA, PMDA) and clinical trial conduct.
• Advanced programming skills in SAS and R.
• Excellent working knowledge of CDISC standards.
