What you will do

• Serve as the primary scientific point of contact for assigned international clinical trials.
• Co-lead projects with Project Management to ensure scientific integrity and timely delivery.
• Monitor study-level metrics, identify data trends, and proactively mitigate risks.
• Lead rater training sessions and calibrate clinical teams according to study protocols.
• Resolve clinical quality and data integrity issues in alignment with GCP standards.
• Support Business Development by providing scientific input for feasibility reviews and RFP responses.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor’s degree required; graduate degree in life sciences preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the clinical research industry.
• At least 3 years of experience in a client-facing clinical scientist or trial lead role.
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with clinical rating scales and study endpoints.
• Proven experience in neuroscience (education, relevant scales, or populations).
• Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
• Ability to travel internationally approximately 10–20%.
