What you will do

• Design and ship high-quality full-stack features and reusable UI components for the build and deployment platform.
• Develop backend systems to ensure cohesive end-to-end product experiences and define clean API boundaries.
• Orchestrate complex deployment workflows, progressive rollouts, and automated rollbacks across clusters and regions.
• Translate infrastructure concepts like Kubernetes and Argo Rollouts into user-friendly interfaces.
• Conduct user interviews with engineers to shape the "paved path" for software releases.
• Mentor team members through code reviews and knowledge sharing to raise the engineering bar.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack application development with strong frontend expertise.
• Proficiency in component-based frameworks such as React or Lit.
• Solid experience in API design, system architecture, and backend development.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Buildkite, GitHub Actions, Drone) and progressive delivery tools (Argo).
• Familiarity with Temporal, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience on DevEx, infrastructure, or internal developer platform teams.
• Proficiency with GraphQL, REST, gRPC, or Go.
• Ability to implement UI/UX designs using Figma.
• Interest in integrating generative AI to improve developer workflows.
