What you will do

• Manage BAU activities and provide specialist support for LMS tools.
• Identify and suggest improvements, such as refresher sessions and user documentation, to reduce ticket volume.
• Execute Non-Regression Tests to verify system behavior after releases, patches, and environment refreshes.
• Lead user training sessions and other support activities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Hands-on experience with LMS tools.
• Experience running non-regression tests.
• Location: Must be based in Lisbon, Portugal for a hybrid work arrangement.

Nice to have

• Expertise in CSOD LMS.
• Experience as a BAU Specialist.
