What you will do

• Lead and coordinate the SysAdmin team in Indonesia, overseeing monitoring shift rotations and coverage.
• Develop long-term engineering solutions for web hosting services to ensure maximum uptime.
• Maintain a hands-on technical role, spending approximately 50% of time operating and debugging systems.
• Optimize service performance using Grafana, Kibana, Elasticsearch, Prometheus, and Ansible.
• Coach and onboard new team members while managing team KPIs and increasing overall efficiency.
• Identify service problems from the client perspective and coordinate the automation of deployment and maintenance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise-level Linux environments and system optimization.
• 1+ years of experience in technical leadership or mentoring engineering/sysadmin teams.
• Hands-on experience with web hosting stack: cPanel/WHM, LiteSpeed, Apache, Nginx, and MariaDB/MySQL.
• Knowledge of bare-metal infrastructure and virtualization (Proxmox, KVM, CloudLinux).
• Experience coordinating shift-based or on-call teams with a focus on incident response and SLAs.
• English proficiency: C1 - C2 level required.
