Designer (UI/UX)

TL;DR

Designer (UI/UX): Developing creative concepts and translating strategy into visual designs for digital experiences with an accent on interactive layouts and interface demos. Focus on creating mood boards, storyboards, and ensuring quality assurance for creative deliverables.

Location: Calgary, Canada. Must work from an office a minimum of 3 days a week

What you will do

• Design solutions that meet or exceed strategic objectives.
• Create interactive design concepts.
• Develop mood boards, storyboards, interactive page layouts, site grids, interface demos, and animated GIFs.
• Provide quality assurance on creative deliverables.
• Collaborate with the creative team, account managers, and project managers.

Requirements

• 1+ years of design and interactive work experience.
• Strong design portfolio demonstrating visual, interactive, and graphic design skills.
• Solid working knowledge of Figma.
• Effective communication skills to articulate creative ideas.
• Ability to work from the Calgary office at least 3 days a week

Nice to have

• Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Motion graphics and animation experience for web and video.
• Site design experience, including UX and UI.
