What you will do

• Analyze website performance metrics to inform strategic UX and CRO recommendations.
• Lead content audits and develop intuitive navigation structures and information architecture.
• Design and build website content using platforms such as WordPress (Elementor), HubSpot, and Webflow.
• Conduct qualitative research, including stakeholder interviews and persona development.
• Perform heuristic evaluations, gap analysis, and QA reviews to ensure design consistency across devices.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and SEO teams to deliver high-impact client work.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in UX, web design, digital strategy, or content marketing.
• Must be based in Canada.
• Proficiency with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, HubSpot) and visual page builders.
• Fluency in CSS is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with spreadsheets (Google Sheets, Excel).
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
