Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 CAD per year plus commission

What you will do
- Analyze website performance metrics to inform strategic UX and CRO recommendations.
- Lead content audits and develop intuitive navigation structures and information architecture.
- Design and build website content using platforms such as WordPress (Elementor), HubSpot, and Webflow.
- Conduct qualitative research, including stakeholder interviews and persona development.
- Perform heuristic evaluations, gap analysis, and QA reviews to ensure design consistency across devices.
- Collaborate with project managers, designers, and SEO teams to deliver high-impact client work.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in UX, web design, digital strategy, or content marketing.
- Must be based in Canada.
- Proficiency with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, HubSpot) and visual page builders.
- Fluency in CSS is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency with spreadsheets (Google Sheets, Excel).
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
