What you will do

• Manage internal AI platforms such as ChatGPT Enterprise and Cursor.
• Execute gradual rollouts and pilots of AI tools for technical and non-technical teams.
• Build telemetry and dashboards to analyze AI adoption, productivity changes, and trends.
• Develop early prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and AI agent experiments.
• Maintain the AI Knowledge Hub with documentation, prompt examples, and lessons learned.
• Collaborate with international engineering, product, and support teams.

Requirements

• Solid background in building or enabling AI-powered software solutions.
• Practical experience with LLM tools, prompting, evaluation, and agents.
• Experience with AWS-based environments (Bedrock, serverless, IAM).
• Ability to build and maintain data pipelines and dashboards.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Understanding of AI governance, security, and compliance.
