What you will do

• Serve as the final operational escalation point for severe, complex, or prolonged customer-impacting incidents.
• Design and approve production changes using Terraform, Helm, and Kubernetes via GitOps workflows.
• Lead the adoption of AI-augmented operations for incident triage, automated runbooks, and alert correlation.
• Own operational readiness for high-risk, high-visibility customer events, including architecture and risk reviews.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to permanently eliminate recurring issues.
• Participate in a 24/7 global on-call rotation to ensure stream health and infrastructure stability.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience in operational or support roles.
• Deep experience operating and supporting large-scale, production video streaming platforms.
• Expert understanding of HLS, DASH, CMAF, WebRTC, DRM, and CDN architectures.
• Advanced proficiency with monitoring and logging tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, and ELK.
• Proven experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Must be based in the United States.
