What you will do

• Partner with account teams to provide onsite technical support and conduct whiteboard network architectural reviews.
• Present and demo Open Networking Data Center, Cognitive Campus, CloudVision, and Security solutions.
• Own the pre-sales and post-sales technical relationship with assigned customers and channel partners.
• Architect and design network solutions using leaf-spine architectures (VxLAN, EVPN) and network overlays.
• Perform hands-on testing to validate PoC setups, network designs, and new product deployments.
• Author feature requests, white papers, and technical marketing materials to guide product development.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Seattle, WA.
• BS/CS/CE degree required.
• 5+ years of L2/L3 networking design and implementation experience (Data Center, Campus, WIFI).
• Expert knowledge of Ethernet, TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, VxLAN, EVPN, and industry-standard CLI.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for complex technical material.

Nice to have

• Network Industry Certifications such as CCIE, JNCIE, or ACE.
• Experience building network automation using Python and Ansible.
• Advanced degree (MBA or MS).
