What you will do

• Design, review, and build scalable, well-crafted software on cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with government partners to architect and deploy cloud-native systems and legacy improvements.
• Develop production-grade microservices and RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
• Automate development, testing, and production workflows via Jenkins CI/CD.
• Perform code reviews and write comprehensive technical documentation.
• Support production systems through an on-call rotation to investigate and resolve issues.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in agile, multidisciplinary teams building large-scale cloud platforms.
• Proficiency with Java, Spring Boot, and containerized deployment patterns.
• Experience with relational databases, preferably Postgres, using JDBC and Hibernate.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud-native services and data engineering.
• Legal authorization to work in the US without visa sponsorship, now or in the future.
• Must reside in one of the approved US states (e.g., CA, NY, TX, VA, etc.).
