What you will do

• Create packaging designs using established brand, structural, and layout guidelines.
• Develop digital packaging mockups for internal review and approval.
• Refine and update packaging templates to improve workflow efficiency.
• Prepare and optimize print-ready files according to production and vendor specifications.
• Manage file versions and documentation across multiple active projects.
• Collaborate with internal partners to ensure accurate and on-time delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Applied Arts degree in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Portfolio demonstrating design fundamentals, layout skills, and packaging work.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet production deadlines.
• High attention to detail regarding print and packaging assets.
• Must be based onsite in Everett, WA.
