What you will do
- Provide first-response help desk support to customers and end-users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to business applications and site support.
- Log all incoming requests and document actions taken to ensure resolution.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of IT operations procedures and tools.
- Provide follow-up status updates to users according to support policies.
Requirements
- Must be able to work onsite in Trenton, NJ for the first few weeks of training.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows 10, Windows Server, Active Directory, and Office 365.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Visio.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- 2-year college degree or equivalent technical study preferred.
