Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Trenton, NJ for initial onsite training, with subsequent remote work.

What you will do

  • Provide first-response help desk support to customers and end-users.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to business applications and site support.
  • Log all incoming requests and document actions taken to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of IT operations procedures and tools.
  • Provide follow-up status updates to users according to support policies.

Requirements

  • Must be able to work onsite in Trenton, NJ for the first few weeks of training.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows 10, Windows Server, Active Directory, and Office 365.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Visio.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • 2-year college degree or equivalent technical study preferred.
