Location: Must be based in St. Louis, MO (Hybrid)

What you will do
- Provide high-priority technical support for infrastructure and identity management systems.
- Resolve complex workstation network topology and configuration issues for VIP users.
- Perform root-cause analysis and implement permanent remediation for system incidents.
- Document engineering work logs and configuration changes within enterprise ITSM systems.
- Coordinate cross-functional resolution with Tier 2 and Tier 3 engineering teams.
- Author internal technical procedures and administrative documentation.
Requirements
- Active Secret Clearance required.
- DoD 8570 IAT Level I certification (e.g., A+ CE, Network+ CE) required.
- 3-5 years of experience in IT support or commensurate technical background.
- Advanced proficiency in Windows, Active Directory, and Azure environments.
- Operational knowledge of Exchange, SharePoint, and remote desktop server environments.
- Must be available to work Sunday through Thursday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (2nd Shift).
Nice to have
- Experience supporting DoD or U.S. Coast Guard enterprise environments.
- Proficiency with ServiceNow (SNOW) or similar ticketing systems.
- Familiarity with ITIL service management frameworks.
