What you will do
- Provide IT support and troubleshooting for end-users to ensure operational efficiency.
- Participate in a mandatory 3-week instructor-led training program.
- Adhere to assigned shifts, maintaining high reliability and performance standards.
- Comply with hybrid work requirements, including mandatory in-office presence for specific shifts.
- Maintain a strong and stable internet connection via Ethernet for remote work periods.

- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Must be based in the US and willing to commute to the Portsmouth, NH office.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including off-hours and weekends.
