What you will do

• Provide post-sales break-fix support, consulting, and technical resolution for stakeholders.
• Manage infrastructure design, deployment, testing, verification, and optimization for customers.
• Drive issue resolution by collaborating internally with Product and Engineering teams.
• Develop and maintain core competency across the entire hirify.global product line.
• Create and update knowledge base content to improve solution positioning.
• Replicate and reproduce customer issues in lab environments prior to internal escalation.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada or the United States.
• Proven experience in customer-facing roles as a Technical Support Engineer or Systems Engineer.
• Experience in network security and ICS (Industrial Control Systems) security projects.
• Strong knowledge of Unix systems, FreeBSD, virtualization technologies, scripting, and API integrations.
• Proficiency in PostgreSQL and common networking and security protocols.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent training.
