What you will do

• Develop and maintain multi-year category strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Execute sourcing activities, including RFx events, negotiations, and contract execution.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define demand requirements and risk considerations.
• Perform spend and market analyses to support data-driven sourcing decisions.
• Manage supplier relationships, monitoring KPIs and driving continuous improvement.
• Reinforce governance and compliance within P2P systems and preferred supplier workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of related experience in procurement, sourcing, or category management.
• Proven experience supporting indirect spend categories within a structured procurement environment.
• Ability to analyze data using tools such as Excel, SAP, or HRIS systems.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Libertyville, IL.
