What you will do

  • Act as a strategic business partner and advocate for a portfolio of enterprise customers to drive revenue and results.
  • Analyze customer business models and industry trends to provide tailored recommendations leveraging hirify.global capabilities.
  • Consult with customers to maximize system utilization and resolve challenges via cross-functional collaboration.
  • Develop long-term account strategies and solution roadmaps in coordination with the product team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite, management, and functional stakeholders.
  • Monitor customer health and drive periodic engagements to ensure high satisfaction and product adoption.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in customer-facing technology success or sales roles.
  • Experience managing large-scale enterprise accounts in a SaaS or Cloud environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related discipline.
  • Ability to analyze wellness industry business models both qualitatively and quantitatively.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive-level interaction.
  • Location: Must be based in Brisbane, Australia

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in Senior-level Program Management or Product Management.
  • Deep understanding of or experience in the wellness industry.
