What you will do

• Deliver new applications, enhancements, and ongoing support for the Workday ERP platform.
• Partner with Business Owners to plan and execute technical roadmaps and project deliverables.
• Design, build, and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, Workday Extend, and EIB.
• Develop and manage Workday reporting utilizing standard, advanced, composite, and BIRT tools.
• Ensure all technical projects align with enterprise architecture, project methodology, and budget.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of software development experience specializing in Workday.
• Expertise in Workday technical areas including Workday Studio, Workday Extend, and EIB.
• At least 4 years of hands-on experience with Workday Financials applications.
• Experience designing and maintaining Workday orchestration for Integrations (O4I).
• Must be able to work fully onsite in McLean, VA.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workday Accounting Center and Prism.
• Professional Workday Certification.
• Prior experience working within the Financial Industry.
