Salary: $157,487 - $174,713 per year

What you will do

• Define and maintain the overarching enterprise knowledge architecture connecting domain-specific ontologies.
• Ensure cross-domain consistency and resolve semantic overlaps and definitional inconsistencies across pods.
• Establish enterprise-wide standards for metadata, tagging, classification, and search structures.
• Own and govern the enterprise business glossary as the authoritative source for organizational terms.
• Design knowledge repository architectures, including knowledge graphs and semantic catalogs, to enable AI agents to discover data.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or related field with 8+ years of experience, or Master's degree with 6+ years of experience.
• Experience designing enterprise-level data architectures, knowledge models, or information taxonomies spanning multiple domains.
• Strong understanding of ontology and semantic modeling concepts.
• Systems engineering mindset with a focus on interfaces, dependencies, and integration points.
• US citizenship and Department of Defense Secret security clearance are required at time of hire.

Nice to have

• Experience with knowledge graphs, semantic web technologies, or enterprise taxonomy management.
• Experience with enterprise data platforms such as Palantir Foundry or Snowflake.
• Background in manufacturing, defense, or complex enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with RAG architectures and how AI/LLM systems consume structured knowledge.
