What you will do

• Ship AI product features across Canvas, agents, and MCP, from backend infrastructure to the TypeScript frontend.
• Improve and iterate on agent infrastructure, including agent-store, agent-service, and canvas-sync.
• Develop full-stack functionality using Golang on the backend and React/TypeScript on the frontend.
• Own software in production through on-call rotations, incident investigation, and reliability improvements.
• Collaborate within a product triad, providing early feedback and making scope calls with design and product teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience shipping products built on top of LLMs or AI agents.
• Strong React and TypeScript skills with expertise in component design and state management.
• Proficiency in Golang or similar backend languages to own workstreams and contribute to infrastructure.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Must have valid authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Experience shipping to production, including handling incidents and on-call rotations.

Nice to have

• Background in observability or developer tooling.
• Experience evaluating AI agents and measuring the effectiveness of AI features.
• Familiarity with MCP, LangChain, or other agent framework integrations.
