What you will do

• Own the stablecoin product roadmap and build infrastructure that abstracts blockchain complexity for end users.
• Develop cross-border payment products for sending, receiving, and holding stablecoins alongside fiat (USD, EUR, BRL, MXN).
• Design seamless on/off-ramp flows and ensure interoperability with fiat rails such as ACH, Fedwire, SWIFT, SEPA, PIX, and SPEI.
• Navigate complex regulatory environments including US state licensing, MiCA, and LatAm crypto regulations to ship compliant products.
• Manage partnerships with stablecoin issuers, liquidity providers, custodians, and banking partners.
• Track adoption metrics and ruthlessly prioritize the product backlog based on data and business impact.

Requirements

• 4+ years in product management at a stablecoin infrastructure provider, crypto exchange, or blockchain-based fintech.
• Deep expertise in stablecoin issuance, redemption mechanics, reserve models, and on-chain settlement.
• Strong understanding of fiat rails and how reconciliation and settlement work alongside stablecoin flows.
• Literacy in blockchain infrastructure (EVM, Solana, Layer 2s, wallet architecture, and custody).
• Must be based in Argentina.
• Fluency in AML/KYC frameworks, the Travel Rule, and jurisdiction-specific compliance requirements.

Nice to have

• Track record of owning complex, regulated financial products from concept to production at scale.
• Existing relationships with stablecoin issuers, custodians, or regulators.
• Experience with multi-market products serving LatAm, US, and/or European customers.
• Familiarity with developer platforms and API design.
