What you will do

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot high-speed internet, video, and voice networks.
• Perform maintenance and repair on outside plant facilities, including digging and cable burial.
• Work in confined spaces such as attics, crawl spaces, and utility vaults.
• Climb poles and operate heavy equipment like extension ladders.
• Support sales and marketing activities through customer-facing interactions.
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve service issues efficiently.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record required.
• Ability to handle physical tasks including lifting up to 150 lbs and working in all weather conditions.
• Ability to work varying shifts, including mandatory overtime, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office applications.
• Ability to distinguish colors on facilities.

Nice to have

• Prior experience as a customer-facing telecom operations technician.
• Basic electricity training or certification.
• ADSL installation and repair experience.
• A+ or Net+ certification.
