What you will do

• Lead and support a team of QA testers across daily operations.
• Assign testing coverage based on project priorities and milestones.
• Mentor junior and mid-level team members through coaching and feedback.
• Create and execute comprehensive test plans and regression strategies.
• Identify, document, and prioritize bugs using Jira.
• Collaborate with production, design, and engineering to maintain quality standards.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in game QA, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership capacity.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Experience testing PC and console games through multiple development cycles.
• Strong understanding of bug tracking systems like Jira or TestRail.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and creative teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Unreal Engine pipelines.
• Familiarity with PlayStation, Xbox, and Nintendo certification requirements.
• Experience with multiplayer or live-service titles.
• Knowledge of QA automation tools or scripting.
