QA Test Engineer

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Crystal City, VA (Hybrid: at least 1 day onsite per week)

What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks.
• Execute manual test cases for new features and complex edge cases.
• Perform exploratory testing to identify usability and performance issues.
• Analyze requirements and technical specifications to create comprehensive test plans.
• Collaborate with developers and DevOps to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Report, track, and verify defects using issue management systems.

Requirements

• Active Secret clearance or above required.
• Strong background in both test automation and manual testing.
• Experience in creating and maintaining test documentation and quality reports.
• Ability to work effectively within a Scrum team environment.
• Strong analytical skills for requirement validation and defect identification.
