Electrical Engineer (Manufacturing)

Salary: $105,000 - $150,000 per year

What you will do

• Contribute to the specification and design of complex electro-mechanical systems.
• Perform circuit design, schematic capture, and PCB layout.
• Execute board bring-up and manage testing and system integration processes.
• Develop firmware and test scripts for prototypes and factory tools.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver integrated systems within price and performance targets.
• Support designs from the prototyping phase through to production at the company factory.

Requirements

• Proficiency with ECAD software such as Altium Designer, Cadence, Mentor, or KiCad.
• Experience debugging board-level communication protocols (I2C, SPI, USB, etc.).
• Basic familiarity with MCU firmware development.
• Comfortable using Python, C, Linux, and modern data-science tools.
• Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with X-ray systems or radiation-emitting equipment.
• Understanding of thermal management for high-power PCBs and enclosures.
• Familiarity with product safety standards (e.g., UL, IEC).
• A portfolio of electronics projects.
