TL;DR
Senior DevOps Engineer II (Cybersecurity): Developing and maintaining cloud infrastructures and CI/CD pipelines for enterprise security products with an accent on FedRAMP standards and Zero Trust Security. Focus on automating build and deployment processes, optimizing pipeline performance, and implementing IaC practices using Terraform and Kubernetes.
Location: Remote (LATAM or US). Candidates must be eligible to obtain Secret Security Clearance.
Salary: $112,500 – $202,500/year (for US-based candidates)

What you will do
- Develop, configure, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
- Monitor and optimize pipeline performance to ensure speed and reliability of software delivery.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design and shape product deployment strategies.
- Document CI/CD processes, pipeline configurations, and operational best practices.
- Implement infrastructure improvements based on the latest trends in DevOps and CI/CD.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong experience with Linux-based infrastructure and scripting in Bash or Python.
- Hands-on expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and microservices architectures.
- Proficiency with GitOps tools such as Argo CD, Jenkins, or similar.
- Experience with cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure), Terraform, and IaC practices.
- Eligibility to obtain Secret Security Clearance.
Nice to have
- Experience with VMware and data stacks.
- Knowledge of compliance standards such as FIPS and FedRAMP.
- Exposure to AI/MLOps or AIOps.
