What you will do
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of complex CX AI enablement initiatives from strategy to global execution.
- Consult with CX leadership to prioritize AI enablement initiatives aligned with corporate strategy.
- Design and facilitate diverse training experiences, including workshops and self-serve modules.
- Partner with stakeholders to deploy AI enablement that drives productivity and field readiness.
- Establish a consistent CX AI communication roadmap for global teams.
- Leverage data to track program performance and provide recommendations for operational excellence.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience leading high-impact, cross-functional initiatives in a SaaS environment.
- Proven expertise in AI Enablement and a strong curiosity about emerging AI technologies.
- Experience developing structured, repeatable enablement programs from complex strategic priorities.
- Strong background in program management with a focus on business analysis.
- Demonstrated success in change management and aligning diverse stakeholders.
