Location: Remote from Spain, France, Italy, or Portugal. Must be able to work EST hours

What you will do
- Own end-to-end delivery of multiple influencer campaigns across various brands, managing timelines, budgets, and approvals.
- Build creator pricing and negotiate fees based on CPV (cost per view) and projected performance to protect margins.
- Act as the primary point of contact for creators, clients, and internal cross-functional teams.
- Source and manage creators, ensuring content aligns with brand guidelines, cultural nuances, and campaign goals.
- Track performance using proprietary analytics tools and turn data into actionable recommendations for clients.
- Operate as a power user of the AI-native platform to optimize workflows and generate campaign insights.
Requirements
- Fluent/native-level Spanish and English (written and spoken)
- 3 to 4 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator management, or campaign management.
- Proven agency experience running influencer campaigns with a strong KPI and performance mindset.
- Fluency in CPV pricing models and advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivots).
- Experience in creator negotiation, contracting, and direct client-facing roles.
- AI fluency and a willingness to integrate AI tools into daily operational workflows.
Nice to have
- Fluency in French or German.
- Strong cultural competency and understanding of trends in the US market.
