What you will do

• Define the multi-year AI strategy and translate it into concrete roadmaps and business cases.
• Own the end-to-end AI product roadmap, ensuring seamless integration across enterprise systems like Genesys, ServiceNow, and Snowflake.
• Manage the performance of deployed AI agents, including accuracy, containment rates, and patient satisfaction.
• Lead vendor strategy, negotiation, and accountability for AI initiatives.
• Build internal AI enablement processes to ensure teams can effectively work alongside new tools.
• Champion responsible AI governance and data integrity standards in a healthcare context.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in strategy, operations, product management, or AI/automation.
• Proven track record of deploying AI into live operational environments.
• Strong understanding of conversational AI platforms and LLM infrastructure.
• Ability to build performance frameworks and pressure-test results.
• Excellent project and vendor management skills with experience running complex multi-workstream programs.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
