What you will do

• Provide high-quality global IT support, handling tickets and walk-in requests with clear communication.
• Coordinate and drive IT projects from planning through delivery, managing timelines and stakeholders.
• Own and maintain IT documentation, knowledge bases, and user-friendly internal guides.
• Administer core IT systems including JumpCloud, Google Workspace, Slack, and Confluence.
• Implement and improve automation workflows using low-code/no-code tools like n8n, webhooks, and APIs.
• Manage robust IT onboarding/offboarding processes and contribute to security audits and compliance.

Requirements

• Experience coordinating projects in an operational IT environment.
• Strong documentation and knowledge management skills for creating training materials and guides.
• Working knowledge of IT support, endpoint management, and SaaS administration.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, and Confluence.
• Understanding of identity and access management (IAM) concepts such as SSO, SAML, and SCIM.
• Experience with low-code automation tools and comfort working across Mac, Linux, and PC environments.
