What you will do

• Collaborate with Level Design, Narrative, Art, and Engineering to deliver cohesive player-facing content.
• Partner with Technical Design and Engineering to harden implementation tools and content pipelines.
• Implement and iterate on gameplay experiences using Unreal Engine 5 tools and scripting systems.
• Participate in playtests and incorporate feedback to improve pacing, clarity, and engagement.
• Maintain and update documentation for features and systems.
• Support Content Leads in planning development timelines and meeting project goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of game development experience with a focus on quest and mission design.
• Proven experience shipping at least one AAA title in a content or story-focused role.
• Experience with pre-production game design.
• Strong proficiency in implementing gameplay content within Unreal Engine 5.
• Ability to establish technical requirements for content creation.
• Strong understanding of narrative flow and encounter design.
