• Demonstrate leadership and customer service excellence in daily property operations.
• Prepare for promotion to a full Property Manager role upon program graduation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
• Ability to relocate is required.
• Strong multi-tasking and time management capabilities.
• Excellent understanding of accounting practices and procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills.
