What you will do

• Maintain the highest visual standards in the home furnishings industry through strategic product display.

• Manage weekly store transfers and collaborate with management to maintain satisfactory inventory levels.
• Operate building tools and equipment to assemble and arrange furniture displays.
• Ensure the showroom is visually appealing and reflects the company's design vision.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Ashburn, VA, USA.
• Previous experience in creative or visual merchandising is preferred.
• Knowledge of faux finishing and specialty painting.
• Physical ability to move furniture independently and comfort using ladders.
• Ability to operate most building tools and equipment.
• College degree or professional experience in merchandising, floral design, graphic design, or set/stage design.
